FaZe Clan vs Tfue lawsuit story (see “theScore eports” for more in depth video)

  • Tfue is taking legal action against FaZa Clan regarding contract terms
  • Tfue wants out of his contract, believing that it is “onerous” “one-sided” and halting his progress as an content creator
  • The main issue surrounds a part of the contract which FaZe Clan is entitled to 80% of ENDORSEMENTS (key word)
  • FaZe Clan responds the same day (20th) saying they have never collected on that clause, saying that Tfue has earned “millions” while they have only made $60,000
  • Faze Clan is acting as a “talent agency” by making decisions on endorsement deals on behalf of Tfue, which they are not allowed to do because they are no licensed in the state of California
  • FaZe Clan has been limiting Tfue’s endorsement deals by only allowing him to the sign with endorsements FaZa agrees with.
    • Tfue has allegedly set up his own deal with HyperX but was denied by FaZe Clan because they allegedly have connections with HyperX competitor, Steel Series
  • To put it short, Tfue wants out of the contract. He regrets doing it in the first place because he feels he could do much better without FaZe
  • Tfue has responded the 23rd saying that the bit about being pressured to drink or gamble he wanted removed and will be removed.

  • Riot employees that held a walk out earlier this month are now taking further action
  • “Now, walkout organizers intend to push the issue further by petitioning employees and presenting their arguments to the company’s board of directors.”

Sony shows off PS5 loading times in internal meeting and says PS4 still got life left (Kotaku)

  • The Wall Street Journal’s Takashi Mochizuki shared a video of this presentation
  • Sony also says that PS4 will continue to generate most of the sales for the next 3 years
  • Also said they are “leveraging” backwards compatibility to ease the transition

  • Play as young lady, Sarah is half Asian half English, works for anti terror organisation
  • The setting will be a near future version of London
  • The broad scope is to take down a hacker group from the inside
  • Lethal weapons will not be present in the game
  • Parkour from Watch Dogs 2 is improved further and mobility is increased
    • Can ride a skateboard around the city and interact with it in various ways
  • Some side missions involve taking down drug dens and leaders
  • There will be a tease in weeks leading up to E3 where the full reveal will take place
  • The game has a rumored release date of late 2019

There have been some fiery Final Fantasy VII Remake leaks circulating (GreenManGaming)

  • The game is said to release in 2 parts
  • The combat system has been overhauled from turn based to real time action
  • There is an open world element to the game; the overworld map is almost seamless
  • It is said that Part 1 will end after a significant event and a fade to black
  • The release date for Part 1 is rumored to be November with Part 2 following shortly after

  • The setting is said to be the Norse World and to explore its dark legends and lore
  •  The title is said to be called Great Rune

  • Unsure if this has to do with the Disney+ rumor from a while back
