The Last of Us will be made into a tv series on HBO written by the Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and the creative director of the game Niel Druckmann (Hollywood Reporter) HOLY SHIT!!

  • Chris Parnell, HBO programming president and co-president of Sony Pictures Television Studios, has said “This is the first of many shows we intend to develop with our friends at PlayStation Productions.”

EA cancelled a third Star Wars game in three years with a could have been a Battlefront spin-off

  • Viking was the most recent game to be axed by EA and was supposed to be the spin-off
  • Orca was the second one that was cancelled and was supposed to be an open world 
  • Project RagTag was the first and was aimed to be an Uncharted like bounty hunter game
  • There are two Star Wars projects in development at EA right now (Jason Schreier)
    • 1) Jedi Fallen Order Sequel  2)  A smaller more unusual project at EA Motive
  • The unknown project could be codenamed Star Wars: Maverick
  • Wild speculation has started that it could be a space dogfighting game or something similar to the classic Rogue Squadron games (Polygon)
